Our Charter is the cornerstone of the organisation. All WBN members conform to a set of strict rules, governing all aspects of the service they deliver.
Our Charter gives you, the customer, the reassurance that you will receive a first class service, and that your possessions will be carried safely and securely and delivered on time to their final destination.
