The Company engages in worldwide import and export luggage services by air and ocean freight as well as transport insurance, packaging services and VAT refunds.

Documents required for outgoing and incoming unaccompanied baggage shipments for South Africa:
- Copy of valid passport
- Packing list - indicating individual values per item (values for Customs only – NOT insurance value!)
- For exports: we need a signed security declaration (blank form can be down loaded from our web site)
Please note that there are different customs clearance procedures for “normal” tourists/returning residents and immigrants. For immigrants we do need the original passport with the resident status as well as a complete packing list for household goods (not personal effects), motor vehicles etc.
